Formac completes strategic acquisition
The Sweden-based company Formac Production AB, with operations throughout Europe, has acquired Go-Parts Oy's (2044975-3) business operations in Finland. Through this acquisition, Formac consolidates its position as the largest player in the Finnish market for specialty products in the automotive industry.
This strategic acquisition is an important step in Formac's long-term growth strategy and ambition to offer innovative solutions and high-quality products to the automotive industry in the Nordics and Europe. By integrating Go-Parts' expertise and resources, Formac can now offer an even wider range of specialty products and services to its customers.
